Lender Sponsor Opportunity
As a participating lender/broker Page Sponsor, you are the most important tool we offer to our clients. Your industry knowledge and expertise can be the difference between a successful transaction and a buyers heart break.
Because of the importance of your role, all Lender/Broker sponsors are screened prior to acceptance to participate in our program. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of management and all decisions are final.
If you become an accepted member page sponsor, you will receive visitors from this site for the state you sponsor. These visitors are at no cost to your firm, other than the page sponsor cost, but the program requires your unconditional commitment to the buyers success.
Since applicants have varying degrees of credit quality, it is expected each will be treated with equal care and consideration. This consideration must include credit counseling, where applicable, to prepare those in need for the opportunity of home ownership in the future.
Your primary role is to facilitate the successful transition from application to closing. This must include working with a buyers Realtor® and the Seller while taking control of the down payment assistance process in order to create the right solution for your new client.

In conclusion, participation is limited to available areas of coverage and we limit the number of Lender/Broker relationships in each state.
