to resources that we believe offer value to our visitors. We're
sorry we can't offer you more PR, but this site is built for our
visitors, not for page rank or search engines.
- Each Section of our Partner Resource has a "Is it Indexed"
link for you to quickly verify that a page is indexed in Google
and can offer your site some value. There are new pages that have
just been uploaded and it may take several weeks for indexing. If
you find a page is not indexed, please notify us so we may address
this issue promptly. Typically these issue result from a lack of
quality and we want to insure that each page offers something of
value to our visitors and are worthy of indexing in all the search
engines.
- When Selecting a category, find the one that most closely matches
Your Anchor Text Phrase, Site Theme and the Services Your Offer
and How they benefit our Visitors.
- When writing a description, do not submit "cookie cutter"
link partner copy and paste descriptions. Write a unique description
of your site and services. If you can't do this note that 100% of
duplicate descriptions are rejected and you Will be wasting your
time and ours. Each site description is checked in Google for duplication
on other sites. If found, your request is automatically rejected.
Give a good reason why your site is unique and should be made available
to our visitors.
- When linking to our site, do not place our link in any type of
script whether Java, Click Tracking or Redirect - this is against
our copyright terms.
- When Linking Back, our link must be placed on a First Time Home
Buyers page, a Down Payment Assistance Page, or Your Home Page.
You may create a new page that has First Time Home Buyers etc. in
the Title, Description and Header. Be sure however you write at
least one paragraph of unique content for indexing. If needing to
link from the Home Page, you may create an Anchor Text only link.
Exceptions may be made, but are dependent upon your site.
- We shall promptly advise you of your site approval - Typically
10 business days due to the number of requests received and the
review process required.

website, etc - Only genuine quality sites with original content
are accepted. Exceptions are made only when the editor believes
other aspects of the site make it a "must visit" resource.
- You will need to create a description of our site. Use your imagination
and please make it more than One sentence. Be certain you have actually
reviewed our site and link to a section you believe offers value
to Your Visitors.
- We reserve the right to reject your submission for any reason
without reason or recourse. However, if your site is of high quality
and indexed within Google, you will NEVER be declined for "Lack
of Page Rank".
- If you do not want to place a link to our site because you feel
it lacks value to your visitors, but believe your site offers something
of value for ours, then follow all submission guidelines and leave
the link from blank. Again, an emphasis is placed on descriptive
quality and the quality of your resource. Please give us a reason
to link to your site and our link to you will stick long after a
cookie cutter link exchange page gets de-indexed by any search engine.
- Finally - We Do Not Accept "Triangle" or "3-Way"
linking. We link directly to sites we believe in, from our site.
We expect the same of any site linking to us. If you cannot link
directly from your site, then you will need to apply policy 13 to
your submission.
