Rural Nevada Development Corporation – Homebuyers in the following counties may qualify for up to $15,000 in assistance:  Carson, Churchill, Douglas, Elko, Esmeralda, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lincoln, Lyon, Mineral, Nye, Pershing, Rural Clark, Storey, and White Pine Counties.  Call (775) 289-8519 for more information.

Nevada USDA Rural Development Loan – No down payment required on home purchases in rural areas.
